Want to drive operational excellence across a multi-shift operation while benefiting from a rare Christmas shutdown and genuine long-term progression?You will take full operational accountability for all production activities, leading a team of 30+ personnel across multiple shifts to hit quality, volume, and safety targets. Driving a proactive continuous improvement culture, you will implement lean manufacturing practices, 6S, and waste reduction initiatives to streamline throughput across the floor. Working alongside site compliance teams, you will maintain rigorous quality and environmental standards across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 frameworks.
