Production Manager

Production Manager £50k-£55kHuddersfield basedElevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a chemical manufacturing company, in the hire of a Production Manager.As the Production Manager, you will report directly into the General Manager and be responsible for ensuring all production orders are completed on time and in full to meet customers expectations.Key responsibilities for the Production Manager:Manage the production team to satisfy customers orders on time and in full.Ensure all working procedures and legislative compliance is adhered to.Ensure production equipment is adequately maintained and fit for purpose.Responsible for departmental budgetary control.Provide support to the General Manager and Directors.Production Manager experience required: Experienced Production Manager ideally from Chemicals or process driven manufacturing background.A manager that can example their approach to driving operational improvements.Working knowledge of continuous improvement and lean methodologies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Management of the production and engineering teams.Experience analysing production data and maintenance/breakdown data.Ideally experience of COMAH regulations.About Elevation Recruitment GroupElevation Recruitment Group is a specialist recruitment consultancy that helps people build long-term, successful careers.
