From their site in Rotherham, AMG have been manufacturing specialist metals for over 80 years and are a world-renowned supplier to the super-alloy, aerospace, steel, hard-facing, welding and aluminium industries. As the site continues its growth, the incoming Production Manager will have the opportunity to control and drive the performance of the production team in the unit, identifying areas for improvement whilst delivering against customer needs. Health and Safety, Quality, Productivity, Efficiency, Yield and Output will be key topics of the Production Manager''s focus, driving these from the shop floor as well as reporting on them in the managers'' meetings.
