This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for production performance, people, quality, safety and delivery . You will oversee the full manufacturing process, driving efficiency and ensuring customer demand is met through strong planning, team leadership and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:  Lead daily production operations and deliver the production plan against customer demand. Manage teams across CNC machining, manufacturing, painting and assembly . Drive OTIF, OEE, RFT and plan adherence across the operation. Lead daily Tier meetings and establish a strong SIC (Short Interval Control) drumbeat . Identify and resolve production issues, delays, defects and bottlenecks. Work closely with Quality and Technical teams to investigate and eliminate recurring issues.
