This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for production performance, people, quality, safety and delivery. You will oversee the full manufacturing process, driving efficiency and ensuring customer demand is met through strong planning, team leadership and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily production operations and deliver the production plan against customer demand. Manage teams across CNC machining, manufacturing, painting and assembly. Drive OTIF, OEE, RFT and plan adherence across the operation. Lead daily Tier meetings and establish a strong SIC (Short Interval Control) drumbeat. Identify and resolve production issues, delays, defects and bottlenecks. Work closely with Quality and Technical teams to investigate and eliminate recurring issues.
