This Production Manager role offers the opportunity to spearhead significant transformation, adding real value to a site and organisation. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate that in time has the potential to progress into a Site Leader position, with support and development provided by the company. This Production Manager position is with a world-leading chemical manufacturer, looking to add to their experienced and dynamic team on their COMAH-regulated site in the South Yorkshire area.Salary and Benefits of the Production ManagerAnnual Salary of 70,000- 75,000Annual Bonus up to 7.5%Up to 14% Employer Pension ContributionDeath in Service (4 X Salary)28 days holiday plus bank holidaysPrivate Medical InsuranceCompany Shares Option Key Responsibilities as the Production Manager:Driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and logistics, identifying opportunities to optimise processes, waste and inventory.Being the fulcrum between business and site strategy, communicating and leading effectively across multifunctional teams.Supporting EHS in controlling risks associated with operating a COMAH chemical manufacturing site.Collaborating cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, HSE and other manufacturing disciplines.Reviewing and managing manufacturing performance, ensuring delivery of manufacturing plans.
