Alongside the salary of up to 65,000 (experience dependant), the successful Production Manager will receive a minimum of 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a discretionary double figure bonus, life assurance up to 4x base salary, pension option and private medical care. This particular site focuses on the development and manufacture of agricultural, crop protection and pest control chemicals. Due to the development of a new and very innovative product, they are looking to recruit a very experienced leader with a practical or theoretical understanding of fermentation processes for this Production Manager role. Accountabilities of the Production Manager: The successful Production Manager will be responsible for the day to day leadership of manufacture on this chemical plant, across a portfolio of different species and multiple fermentation steps, ensuring safe and efficient operations, in compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
