Our client is a regional market leader specialising in luxury temporary structures. With multiple production facilities, they are renowned for engineering excellence and delivering large-scale, high-impact projects for prestigious global luxury brands. Over the years, they have become the go-to partner in the Middle East for premium event and retail fabrication.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to relocate to Dubai and lead operations within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary manufacturing environment.

As Production Manager, you will oversee end-to-end factory operations across multiple departments, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time, and to specification. Working in a manufacturing workshop setting, you will provide hands-on leadership, driving efficiency, safety, and innovation in fabrication methods. You will also lead prototyping efforts and collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to turn technical drawings into flawless finished products.

• Oversee all fabrication and production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery
• Manage scheduling, job allocation, and workflow across diverse production teams
• Lead R&D and prototyping initiatives to develop innovative fabrication solutions
• Drive value engineering to optimise costs and materials without compromising quality
• Motivate and lead a large workforce, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety and workplace standards at all times
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure production aligns with technical specifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in production/factory roles, with at least 3 years in management
• Experience in event production, exhibitions, or joinery/metal fabrication for luxury or government clients
• Proven track record managing large-scale fabrication operations with sizeable workforces
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related)
• Advanced technical skills including AutoCAD and the ability to interpret technical drawings
• Familiarity with production management or ERP systems
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
