They re now looking for someone who can take ownership of the department and help drive the next stage of growth and efficiency.The role:Managing the day to day running of the Digital Print and Automated Finishing operationOverseeing production across digital print, UV varnishing, lamination and automated finishing systemsLeading and developing a medium sized production teamDriving workflow efficiency, production planning and output performanceImproving quality, reducing waste and helping streamline production processesSupporting training and development across the teamWorking closely with other departments to ensure smooth production and deliveryWhat they re looking for:Previous experience managing within a Digital Print Production environmentStrong leadership skills with a hands on and approachable management styleGood understanding of production workflows, automation and finishing processesSomeone who enjoys improving systems and helping teams perform wellOrganised, proactive and calm under ..... full job details .....
