To support with the company growth across Europe, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimise the manufacturing, logistics, and order processing operations. Your Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end production planning and ensure on-time delivery Ensure compliance with quality standards, certifications, and regulations; ISO, BSI and Element Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste Drive automation and process optimisation initiatives Reduce production defects and enhance product quality Oversee inventory management and procurement of materials through ERP system and carry out audits of accuracy through use of reports generated and day to day observation Optimise supply chain processes and coordinate with suppliers Improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction Supervise the back-office team handling customer orders and ERP data entry Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order ..... full job details .....
