Location: Ellesmere Port
Salary: NEG DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations within a fast-paced production environment. Reporting to the Production Director, you will be responsible for driving productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement while managing and developing production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop production teams to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure efficient production flow and on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality, and housekeeping.
• Monitor and improve KPI performance across production operations.
• Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory and material flow.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.
• Manufacturing experience essential; automotive experience advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ERP/MRP systems, and KPI management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within ISO 9001 and/or IATF quality environments.
