Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you''ll be responsible for managing a team of skilled staff, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. You will encourage a collaborative team culture, deliver high-quality output, and help identify and resolve any production challenges.

• Salary: -40,000 per annum.
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
• Bonus: Performance-related bonus available.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a production team.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership or production management role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to drive a performance-focused culture.
• Excellent IT skills (production scheduling, reporting, etc.).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
