Monitor and report on KPIs, recommending actions to improve efficiency and quality. Plan and coordinate production resources to meet targets and deadlines. Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and productivity. Lead, motivate, and develop teams, managing performance, absence, and health & safety compliance.   Skills & Experience: Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
