Are you an experienced Production Manager with a background in the food manufacturing industry? We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing food manufacturer looking for a driven leader to oversee production operations and help deliver exceptional standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Lead, motivate and develop production teams to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure production schedules are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality and hygiene.
• Work closely with Technical, Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain teams to optimise performance.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, Food Safety and company procedures.
• Manage staffing levels, performance, training and succession planning.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with relevant food manufacturing standards.

• Previous experience as a Production Manager within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, production planning and continuous improvement projects.
• Good understanding of food safety, HACCP and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
