The role
- Overseeing the management of 8/9 readymix concrete plants around the East Anglia area
- Based out of the Norwich site, you will travel to the other sites when required
- Managing a team of around 20 including Plant Supervisors, Relief Supervisors, Fitters, and Apprentices
- Quarterly 121''s with the team
- Full P&L responsibility
- Managing maintenance
- Taking responsibility for CapEx projects
What you need
- Experience of managing within a heavy engineering environment
- Managing a large team
- Experience of managing multiple sites
- Managing a maintenance team
- Full UK Driving Licence
