Production Manager

Rullion are hiring a Production Manager for our client based in Liverpool.

This role reports into the Deputy Head of Production,supporting-the Head of Production by leading technical teams to deliver safe, reliable, and compliant rolling stock maintenance. Key duties include allocating work, conducting inspections, ensuring documentation accuracy, and managing quality standards. The position involves overseeing competence management, supporting people processes, and maintaining safety accountabilities. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and adherence to health and safety standards are essential, alongside fostering collaboration and acting as facility entry liaison for site access control.

The successful Production Manager will have:

• Strong electrical and mechnical experience
• Fault finding and fleet maintenance experience
• Health and safety experience-
• Min NVQ engineering/Electrical qualification (or equiveleant time served_
• Rolling stock experience (desirable).
