Production Manager

As Production Manager you will be the link between senior leadership and the people who make it all happen.
Five Team Leaders will look to you for guidance, around 40 machinists will rely on you to keep things clear and consistent, because you understand the work, whether that is millers, lathes, CNC, sliding head or fixed head, you will have the credibility to back up your decisions with real knowledge, not just words.
 
You will not be bogged down with everything an Ops or Works Manager has to juggle, as production manager you know that this is about focus, leading, guiding and setting the tone day to day.
You will create an environment where your Team Leaders can succeed, where production targets are realistic, and where people take pride in the components leaving the shop floor.

What is in it for you as production manager?

• £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 7:3am - 4pm
• 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
