Production Manager

We''re looking for a proper Production Manager. Someone who can lead from the front, set high standards and make sure the production plan gets delivered.You''ll inherit an established production team with a leadership structure already in place. Your job is to tie it all together: giving people clear direction, creating accountability and ensuring production performs consistently against plan.This isn''t a role for someone who manages production from a spreadsheet.You''ll be visible on the shop floor, close to the operation and prepared to get your hands dirty when needed.
