As Production Manager, you will oversee a team of 50+ fabricators in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are maintained at the highest level. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations, managing workflow and team performance. Implement and drive Lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and reduce waste.
