The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, while driving continuous improvement across the factory. Working closely with the senior management team, you''ll play a key role in maintaining operational performance, developing production teams and supporting the continued growth of the business. The Role Your responsibilities will include managing the daily production operation, ensuring manufacturing schedules are met and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the factory.
