Salary: -50,000 - -60,000 Depending on experience

Production Manager required. Our client is a well-established sub-contract manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes, specialising in CNC machining, fabrication and precision engineering. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an experienced Production Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day production operation, leading the production team and ensuring customer requirements are met across quality, cost and delivery.

Production Manager Position Overview

• Managing the day-to-day production operation and all production staff
• Providing leadership and motivation to achieve production output targets
• Planning workflow and resources to ensure customer deadlines are met
• Setting and continuously improving targets for quality, cost, delivery, equipment and personnel
• Managing and streamlining production processes across CNC and fabrication
• Ensuring resources, machinery and personnel are effectively utilised
• Maintaining high standards of product quality throughout production
• Ensuring good housekeeping and Health & Safety standards across the workshop
• Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve production efficiency

Production Manager Position Requirements

• Proven Production Management experience within a CNC, fabrication, manufacturing or engineering environment
• 5+ years'' experience in a Production Management role
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes
• Experience managing and motivating production teams
• Competent using ERP or MRP systems
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach with the drive and passion to make a positive difference within an established business

Production Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary -50,000 - -60,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00
