Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are delivered to the highest quality standards and in line with customer requirements Lead, develop, and manage a production team, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and compliance Monitor production output, KPIs, and efficiency, taking a proactive approach to continuous improvement Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and absence management Ensure all operatives are trained, competent, and adhere to company and food safety standards Provide hands-on support where required, including covering key operational periods Foster a positive team culture, promoting collaboration, accountability, and high performance The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in a Production or Operations Management role within a fast-paced ..... full job details .....
