This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, people-focused leader who enjoys being on the shop floor, working with their team, and ensuring production targets and customer expectations are consistently met. You will be responsible for organising workloads, supporting your team, solving day-to-day production challenges, and making sure orders are completed on time and without shortages. Strong leadership and a flexible approach are essential. Overtime may be required, including working every other Saturday morning when business needs demand.
