Production Manager

We are working with a reputable client based in Salisbury who require a Production-Manager to join their team.

The position is a permanent role paying--38,000 42,000-per annum-(DOE)-

Working Hours:- Monday - Friday-9.00am - 5.00pm-

28-days holiday (including-bank holidays)-

The ideal candidate will have experience-working-as a-Production-Manager within large format printing and signage.

Key Responsibilities:.

• Oversee day-to-day large format print and signage production
• Monitor stock levels and order materials
• Carry out colour matching and quality control checks
• Maintain and operate printers, cutters, laminators, and other production equipment
• Liaise with customers and internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Installation
• Monitor production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Assist with on-site signage installations, including vehicle graphics where possible

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in large format print and signage production
• Strong knowledge of print production processes and equipment
• Signage installation experience is essential
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Vehicle graphics fitting experience (desirable)
