This is a highly visible leadership role focused on developing people, improving accountability and supporting ambitious growth plans.Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop Shift Leaders and production teams Build a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement Drive operational performance, productivity and KPI achievement Ensure compliance with BRC, food safety and health and safety standards Support production planning and customer order fulfilment Work closely with Operations, Technical and Supply Chain teams Contribute to business improvement projects, including ERP implementation Develop talent and succession plans to strengthen future leadership capability About You Proven leadership experience within food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing Strong people management and coaching skills Experience leading teams across shift-based operations Passion for developing others and raising performance standards Knowledge of BRC, quality and compliance requirements Continuous improvement mindset with a hands-on leadership approach Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving ..... full job details .....
