If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to driving positive change through innovative recycling processes, we want to hear from you!Position: Production ManagerContract Type: PermanentAnnual Salary: 40,000 - 45,000Working Pattern: Full TimeDriving Required: YesKey Responsibilities:Operations and Process ManagementOversee daily production activities involving sorting, washing, shredding, extrusion, and pelletizing various plastic types (e.g., PET, HDPE, PP).Develop and implement production schedules to maximise efficiency while meeting quality specifications and delivery timelines.optimise machinery performance through preventative maintenance and continuous process improvement.Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement and sales teams. Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE)Establish and enforce rigorous quality control standards to ensure compliance with internal and industry specifications.Develop and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment, adhering to local and federal regulations (OSHA, EPA).Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.Monitor waste streams and energy consumption to enhance sustainability practises.
