The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for quality, food safety, production performance and operational standards across a busy fresh produce operation. This is a hands-on management role offering the opportunity to play a key part in maintaining product quality, driving operational efficiency and supporting the development of production teams. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the day-to-day running of production operations * Ensure products are produced safely, efficiently and to customer specifications * Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, quality and traceability * Lead and develop production employees through training, coaching and performance management * Manage HACCP systems and ensure all relevant controls are implemented and followed * Prepare for and lead external audits * Monitor production records, quality documentation and cleaning schedules * Ensure machinery is operating safely and effectively, carrying out basic maintenance and fault finding where appropriate * Drive continuous improvement...
