And when something slows the flow down, you do not wait around for someone else to fix it.You step in and sort it. As Production Logistics Supervisor, you will be the person keeping that flow moving.Out to suppliers. Back into the factory. Then on to the next stage so production keeps running.You will report into the Operations Manager and manage a team of two people. It is hands on. It is busy. And it suits someone who is comfortable making decisions and taking control when things need sorting.As Production Logistics Supervisor, you will coordinate work going out to subcontractors and manage the return of parts back into the factory. You will work closely with production, inspection and suppliers so nothing gets stuck in the system. You will be speaking with suppliers, organising the team and working with different departments across the factory to keep everything moving.
