Production Line/Machine Operator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a leading global FMCG company, are currently looking for Line Operator to work in their prestigious facility in Port Sunlight. This is a Temporary position, with an immediate start. The pay rate will be £20.28 an hour on basis of 37.5 hours per week, rising to £22.53 an hour as a Machine Operator following successful completion of the training journey. Applicants must be available to work shifts that may fall Monday to Sunday following a 5-crew shift pattern:2 x 12-hour days than 2 x 12-hour nights then up to 6 days off2 x 12-hr days then 2 x 12-hour nights then up to 4 off (July-September)Bank holidays and annual leave are built into the shift pattern which includes an 18 day paid break is built into the shift patternDuring the "off" periods there are requirements to be "on call" if absence cover is required. These are limited during the year depending on shift pattern We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with the desire to practice and improve their technical skills and knowledge, and who possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Reporting to the Run to Standards Leader, the successful applicant will have a pro-active approach to problem solving and fault finding on a high-speed production line to improve operational efficiency and drive area performance.
