As the Production Line Supervisor your key responsibilities are: Lead, support and coordinate the production team on a day-to-day basis.  Plan and allocate work so production targets and priorities are achieved.  Monitor production output, downtime, labour efficiency, waste and quality issues.  Oversee and support the setup of filling lines, cappers, labellers, conveyors and wipes lines. Optimise machine settings to improve reliability, output and line efficiency.  Support line changeovers, product changeovers and washouts.  Work with Engineering where required on day-to-day maintenance, adjustments and recurring machine issue...
