Working Hours:Monday - Friday 07:00-19:00 60 min break for Lunch (30 mins paid and 30 mins unpaid)ASAP - end of December What you will be doing:Lead the safe and efficient running of the production line, making sure all checks are completed and production targets are achieved.Organise and support the production team by allocating work, guiding colleagues, monitoring performance, and reporting any issues when needed.Ensure products are made, packed, labelled, and recorded correctly, meeting food safety, quality, hygiene, and customer requirements.Monitor production throughout the shift, resolving or reporting any production, quality, safety, equipment, or staffing issues.Maintain good manufacturing and housekeeping standards, support continuous improvement, and work flexibly across production areas as required.
