With over two decades of market presence, this organisation provides innovative packaging solutions for household-name brands across the UK.Your Role: As a Night Shift Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of high-speed production lines to meet planned volumes efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a production line team to meet targets and uphold quality standards. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and health and safety protocols. Complete accurate paperwork and digital records in line with internal procedures. Support and conduct basic machine set-up and troubleshooting tasks. Maintain line efficiency at a minimum of 85% across various machine/product combinations. Identify training needs and support the development of team members. About You: Previous experience leading or supervising a production line in a manufacturing environment.
