This is a hands-on role where you''ll be expected to lead by example, support the production team, and get involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure production runs efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities Lead and support the production line to achieve daily production targets. Motivate and supervise production operatives. Be hands-on and willing to assist wherever required. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained at all times. Monitor production performance and minimise downtime. Carry out basic quality checks and complete production paperwork. Work closely with other departments to keep production running smoothly. Promote a safe working environment and follow all health and safety procedures. About You Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
