Production Line Leader - Featherstone, Pontefract - Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Production Line Leader to join a busy manufacturing environment in Featherstone, Pontefract.This temp to perm Production Line Leader role is ideal for candidates with Line Leader or Team Leader experience within manufacturing or food production environments. The successful Production Line Leader will be responsible for managing production lines, leading teams, and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements are consistently achieved.Shift Patterns and Pay Rates Rotating shifts: 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pmPay rate: £14.80 per hourNights: 10pm to 6amPay rate: £16.40 per hourTemp to perm opportunity Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support a production team to achieve daily targetsEnsure products meet customer specifications and quality standardsMaximise production line efficiency and minimise downtimeMonitor and reduce waste across the production processCoordinate agency and permanent staff effectivelyEnsure compliance with Health and Safety, GMP, and hygiene standardsComplete production paperwork and documentation accuratelyUse internal systems to track performance and maintain recordsSupport the training and development of new startersConduct return to work meetings and support disciplinary processes when requiredAssist with continuous improvement projects and audits Key Skills and Experience Previous ..... full job details .....
