High risk and Low Risk Team Leader Job Summary: Two dynamic and experienced Team Leaders. One will be joining low risk and one high risk production team. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our production team, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, food safety and quality, process knowledge and control, continuous improvement, and people management. Working Hours Night shiftMonday to Friday (Low Risk - Kitchen Area) 20:00 - 05:00 or (High Risk - Packing) 22:00 - 07:00 Pay Rate 14.22ph Role and ResponsibilitiesHealth and Safety: - Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment. - Conduct regular safety inspections and provide necessary training to team members. - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards. Food Safety and Quality:- Monitor and uphold strict food safety and quality standards throughout the production process.- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
