To ensure we produce our products to the correct specification. To effectively manage, holidays, rest days, and breaks whilst ensuring there is adequate skills within your team. To ensure all documentation including pre-start checks, technical documentation and KPI information are completed correctly and in a timely manner. To effectively control your staff to ensure they all know their own roles and responsibilities To cover the supervisor on holidays and breaks.
