Production Line Leader - Days

Great opportunity to work as a Production Line Leader for one of the largest providers of fresh flowers to major supermarket chains throughout the UK. Staffline is recruiting for Production Line Leader in Chatteris. Local candidates in Chatteris are encouraged to apply. Transport is available for those travelling from Peterborough. The rate of pay is: - Day shift is paid at £13.78 per hour - Overtime is paid at £17.23 per hour This is a full-time, day-shift position. The standard shift pattern is 10 hours per day, 4 days per week. Typical shifts will fall on either Sunday to Wednesday or Tuesday to Friday. Working hours: 07:30 AM to 06:30 PM Please note you must be flexible and willing to work on night shift during Valentine''s Day, Mother''s Day and Christmas peaks. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidates. Your Time at Work As a Production Line Leader your duties will include: - Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and maintain high-quality standards. - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and customer specifications across all processes. - Deliver an efficient packing operation on a daily basis. - Oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, and promptly resolve any issues. - Provide training and ensure adherence to operational procedures and company policies. - Support manufacturing initiatives and drive continuous improvement, ensuring all KPIs are met and work is within budgetary constraints. - ..... full job details .....
