Production Line Leader Temp to Perm Location: Kingswinford Contract: Temporary to Permanent (after 12 weeks) Shifts: Any 5 shifts out of 7 Overtime: Paid at 1.33x after 37.5 hours Please note: Due to the location and shift patterns, own transport is essential. The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Line Leader to oversee a busy production line and lead a team in achieving daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can motivate teams, solve problems proactively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. For the right candidate, this opportunity offers a clear pathway to a permanent position. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support a production team to achieve hourly and daily targets Manage labour effectively to meet production volumes and cost objectives Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards Maintain high standards of health and safety, GMP, and hygiene compliance Complete production documentation accurately and use the integrated management system (Vision) Assist with training, onboarding, and development of new starters Support continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction activities Liaise with agency staff and provide regular operational feedback Monitor KPIs including output, quality, waste, training, and health and safety ..... full job details .....
