The role is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday rotating shifts (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00) Role: Reporting and communicating all issues affecting Production effectively. Ensuring that all finished products and donor stocks always maintain their traceability and in accordance Production and Quality Procedures. Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets. Ensuring the final product meets client specifications (SPI). Effectively maximising production efficiency, to ensure plans are met on a hourly/daily basis.
