Are you an experienced Production Team Leader, Line Leader or Senior Production Operative looking for your next challenge?
We''re looking for a hands-on Production Line Leader to join a busy manufacturing team in Desborough. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a production line, lead a team, and play a key role in achieving production, quality and safety targets.

What you''ll be doing
- Leading and motivating a production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitoring production performance and addressing any issues that could affect output.
- Maintaining product traceability and completing all production documentation accurately.
- Supporting the training and development of new and existing team members.
- Assisting with the development of staff skills and maintaining a skills matrix.
- Reducing waste and improving production efficiency.
- Promoting a strong health and safety culture across the production line.
- Working closely with Production and Quality teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
What we''re looking for
- Previous experience as a Production Line Leader, Team Leader or Supervisor within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to motivate and develop a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety and quality procedures within manufacturing.
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- Weekly shifts:
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- OR
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm
