• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
  Shifts rotate: one week AM, one week PM

Pay: -13.71 per hour | Overtime: -17.93 per hour

Job Description:
Barker Ross is seeking a dedicated Production Line Leader to join our team in Desborough. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of packers on the production line
• Ensure all packing operations are accurate and efficient
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the packing process
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely availability of materials
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety regulations
• Report on production metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Address any issues that arise on the packing line promptly and effectively
