Job Description: As a Production Leader , you''ll play an important role in delivering manufacturing excellence across a range of projects throughout their lifecycle, from development and production through to in-service support. Supporting an Integrated Manufacturing Team, you''ll help ensure products are manufactured or repaired in line with operational plans, quality requirements and delivery commitments, supporting the successful delivery of key customer programmes. Working closely with operations, engineering, quality and supply chain teams, you''ll contribute to continuous improvement, operational performance and efficient manufacturing processes.
