We''re looking for a hands-on Production Lead to oversee a busy manufacturing operation, managing the complete production process from SMT through to final dispatch. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing electronics manufacturer where you''ll play a key role in driving performance, developing teams and ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The Role Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you''ll be responsible for leading production operations across multiple manufacturing processes, ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved. You''ll work closely with Engineering, Stores, Quality, Sales and Procurement, identifying bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement and ensuring production runs as efficiently as possible.
