Reporting to the Production Controller, the role of Leading Hand is a supportive leadership position, working closely with supervisors and the wider manufacturing team to ensure production processes, procedures, and standards are consistently followed. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader, Production Team Leader, Cell Leader, Leading Hand, or Senior Manufacturing Operative looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing hand-crafted components to customer expectations while supporting the team in achieving key business objectives across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
