Job Title: Production Inspector (Glass)Location: WithamHours: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm (45 minutes break at 9:00am and 12:00pm) - Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm (same break structure)Pay: 12.71ph + Holiday, Pension and Adecco Benefits - Pay increase upon going permanentDuration: Temporary to PermanentStart Date: Immediate start after successful interviewRole OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Production Inspector (Glass) to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring all incoming glass meets quality standards by conducting thorough inspections, identifying defects, and reporting issues promptly to maintain production efficiency and product integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect all glass deliveries upon arrival to ensure they meet required quality standardsIdentify defects such as scratches, chips, distortions, or other imperfectionsAccurately record and report any issues in a timely mannerLiaise with relevant departments to resolve quality concernsMaintain inspection records and documentationEnsure compliance with health and safety procedures at all timesSupport general production activities when requiredSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience within the glass or manufacturing industry (desirable)Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skillsReliable and proactive approach to workWhy Work for Adecco?Weekly payCandidate of the Month incentivesBoost Rewards Scheme - earn ..... full job details .....
