      <description>Location: Devon | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Job Description As a Production Improvement Engineer, you will have a practical role in improving manufacturing performance. Working closely with the factory floor and management, you will identify issues affecting production, investigate their causes, and help drive improvement and corrective actions through to completion.  You will support the development and standardisation of manufacturing processes, maintain clear process documentation and Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), and help ensure measuring and monitoring equipment is appropriately controlled and calibrated.  This role suits someone who enjoys understanding how processes work, asking constructive questions, solving problems, and turning opportunities for improvement into practical changes.
