Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Counterbalance Forklift drivers to join a busy manufacturing site in Willand. This is an immediate start opportunity for reliable candidates looking to work nights in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Duties

Operating a forklift to move materials and products safely and efficiently.

Supporting production lines by supplying materials as required, including removing bags from racking and feeding materials into the production process.

Carrying out general production and manual handling duties when required.

Requirements

• Counterbalance forklift driving experience (valid FLT licence not essential).

• Experience working within a production environment.

• Reliable and able to commit to the stated shift pattern.

• Comfortable working as part of a team to meet production targets and quality standards.
