The Business

Westray Recruitment Group is delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established, family-run manufacturing business in the North East. Our client specialises in high-quality, bespoke bedroom furniture and has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a motivated individual to join their installation team.

The Role

• Installation of bespoke sliding wardrobes, hinged wardrobes, and bedroom furniture
• Working from detailed plans to deliver a high-quality finish
• Travelling to customer homes using a company vehicle
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace on-site
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
• Supporting the wider team with fabrication duties when required

The Person

• Good practical skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience using hand and power tools is desirable but not essential
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
