Production Operatives. Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. £15.01 per hour plus overtime at premium rates Operatives required to carry out production and packaging duties, working a weekly rotating 6-2 / 2-10 within a busy and quality focussed manufacturing environment. A world leading manufacturer produces a range of high performance, specialist products for a diverse and interesting range of industrial applications. Their order book is busy so they are looking to appoint a number of Production Operatives to help meet demand. Production Operative Job Purpose To operate semi - automatic production lines, in a safe manner, ensuring the daily packing schedules are met to meet customer demand, maintaining quality standards in line with the final packed product specifications. Skill and Experience required for the Production Operative roles Experience of manufacturing / production line operations. Good level of HSE awareness. Good team working skills. Be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to shift work and overtime, when required. FLT licence desirable but not essential.
