As a Production Engineer, you’ll work closely with engineering and shop floor teams to develop efficient manufacturing methods, improve production performance and maintain excellent quality standards. Key Responsibilities Develop CNC programs using customer drawings and 3D models. Set up and prove out programs on 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centres. Create manufacturing process plans, routings and ERP documentation. Produce tooling requirements, fixture designs, gauges and set-up sheets. Review existing programs and identify process improvements. Investigate manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions. Create 2D drawings and 3D models to support production. Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to improve efficiency and quality. Skills & Knowledge Required Minimum 5 years’ manufacturing engineering experience.
